Innovation Senior Research Executive , Quantitative

The primary responsibility is to run accounts on a day to day basis and effectively contribute to the efficiency of the business unit. Senior Research Executive is, together with their seniors  responsible for crafting meaningful impact on our client’s businesses and as a key interface between the organisation and our clients.

Our insights colleagues are experts in human understanding. With expertise covering brand, innovation, creative, media, commerce and customer experience, they help clients define what brands should stand for, how to disrupt and renew their offer, how to connect with audiences and how to win with consumers and customers.

Key Outcomes

  • Independently maintain client relationship (which will reflect in good client feedback score).
  • Manage projects – give direction to juniors with less supervision from seniors, make decision/ suggestion to run the projects, build insight, reporting and presentation.
  • Ensure a good quality of research materials.
  • Demonstrate analysis skills, along with insights knowledge across reports on all accounts.
  • Lead daily communication with clients, together with superior.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing client business, revenue, and profitability

Capabilities

  • 3 year of proven experience in Market Research agency or Research Projects, with great exposure to concept or product test and related projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – write and deliver presentations that are engaging and insightful
  • Good research knowledge – know & can decide the best methods, make research design, create insights
  • FMCG exposure preferred, open to experience with other industries
