What you’ll be doing:

As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll learn to run multiple global market research projects — from the initial kick-off to final delivery. You’ll work with diverse teams around the world and gradually grow into a confident project leader. You’ll:

• Be the go-to person for internal clients and teams working on your projects
• Set up new projects: define timelines, budgets, and potential risks
• Keep projects on track: manage changes, communicate updates, and keep everyone aligned
• Work with data: solve issues, check quality, and deliver insights
• Learn project financials: understand costs and explore ways to save without cutting corners
• Grow with us: after training, you’ll contribute to improving our ways of working and support your peers

We’ll provide you with comprehensive training, a buddy to guide you, and access to global experts to help you build your skills fast.

What makes you a great fit?

You don’t need years of experience — just the right attitude and a desire to grow. We’re looking for:

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• Passion for organization, problem-solving, and communication
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Curiosity about project management, research, and tech tools
• Ability to stay calm and focused when things change or get busy
• A good grasp of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• A positive, open-minded approach and interest in working with people from all over the world
