- Generous annual leave – you’ll start with 25 days per year, which rises to 27 days after five years and 30 days after 10 years.

- Along with medical, other benefit plans offered are dental, vision, back-up childcare, supplemental life and AD&D, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, critical illness, etc
- Flexible time off (applies to exempt employees) – take as much time away from the office with pay as is consistent with your duties, clients needs and business obligations, in accordance with Kantar’s policy.
- Paid time off (applies to non-exempt employees) – accrued in hours during each pay cycle, based on length of service and will move to the next accrual level upon the employee’s anniversary date.
- Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) – access to professional counselling services and wellbeing support for you and your family.
- Parental leave – we provide salary continuation for a maximum of twelve (12) weeks at 100% of weekly base pay.
- Volunteer leave – take time to give back. All employees get two days per year for volunteering.
- Life insurance – enjoy a generous level of life insurance cover (1.5x annual base salary up to a maximum of $300K).
- Short-Term Disability – 26 days of approved paid leave.
- Long-Term Disability – up to 60% of base monthly earnings, up to $20K monthly maximum.
- Get $250 towards health and wellness expenses such as gym membership, fitness equipment, personal training, back massagers, sit-stand desks, and ergonomic chairs.

- Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) - sometimes we all need a helping hand, Kantar provides you and your family with access to professional counselling services and wellbeing support, to provide emotional, practical and physical support when needed.
- Wellbeing initiatives – Supporting those moments that matter. We provide tools, guidance and run regular initiatives and education sessions across the four pillars of wellbeing; Financial, Social, Mental and Physical. Including yoga and boxing classes.

- Secondary caregiver leave – Fully funded (100% salary) secondary caregiver leave (including paternity, adoption and fostering) will be available for 4 weeks.

- Healthcare cover – We provide you with access to company funded private medical benefits:
- For local nationals, we provide supplemental commercial insurance in addition to social insurance
- For foreign nationals, we provide private medical insurance, which includes dental. These are designed to provide wide-ranging assistance in the event of critical illness, hospitalisation or if outpatient treatment is required.
- Medical examination – We organise medical examination annually.
- Term life and Accident Insurance - At Kantar, we consider it important that we support you with your financial wellbeing, we do this by providing Life and Accident insurance in the event of an incident which keeps you away from work for an extended period of time.

- Secondary caregiver leave – Fully funded (100% salary) secondary caregiver leave (including paternity, adoption and fostering) will be available for a minimum of 4 weeks.
- Celebration of all main festivals
- Group Life Assurance – company paid premium, should the unfortunate situation occur wherein there is loss of life or permanent disablement caused by illness or accident, pay-out of 2 x annual salary.
- Group Personal Accident cover – company paid premium, with a pay-out of 2 x annual salary in the unfortunate situation that a qualifying event occurring.
- Healthcare cover – company paid premiums for you and your immediate family, covering outpatient, specialists, and hospital and surgical.
- Lifestyle Leave - We encourage everyone to use all their annual leave each year, and if you bring your annual leave balance down to less than ten days (pro-rata) by 31 January each year, we’ll reward you with an additional five days of paid “Lifestyle Leave”.
- Summer Leave – We offer you a flexible work option to leave at lunchtime every second Friday over the summer months. All you need to do to qualify is have completed probation and be on top of your work and client commitments.
- Parental leave - Expecting a new addition to the family? Our parental leave policy offers, in addition to any government support you’re eligible for, 16 weeks at 100% salary for primary carers and 52 weeks of superannuation, and 4 weeks at 100% salary for secondary carers.
- We also offer other types of leave, in addition to all other leave types as prescribed by law.
- Employee Assistance Programme - Sometimes we need a helping hand, Kantar provides you and your family with access to Workplace Options, who will connect you with professional counselling services and wellbeing support, to provide confidential emotional, practical and physical support when needed.
- Healthcare cover – Kantar offers our colleagues a 6% discount on health cover via BUPA, and also provides you with access to various online wellness resources and discounts throughout the year.
- Flu Vaccinations – Free flu vaccinations are provided to all our Kantar colleagues leading up to winter.

- Emergency Services leave - Volunteer firefighter’s and those registered with a similar civil defence or rescue body are eligible for 10 paid days of emergency services leave to engage in activities that involves dealing with an emergency or natural disaster in their relevant state.
- Compassionate Leave - Kantar also covers anyone who is personally impacted by natural disasters

- Annual leave increasing with every year of service, to a maximum of 22.
- Pension – to support you with your savings plan for retirement we will provide you with either a defined contribution pension plan or lump-sum cash scheme.
- Major Life event allowance – you will receive a cash allowance to support and celebrate major life events, such as marriage, newborn, or a condolence.
- Compassionate leave – five days paid leave to support you should you experience the loss of a parent or child. Three days leave should you experience the loss of a 3rd degree relative.
- Marriage leave – seven days paid block leave and a major life event allowance.

- Meal Subsidy – we will provide subsidized healthy meals, with 75% company funding and 25% employee funding via payroll deductions.
- Retirement and savings – We provide you with access to a fully vetted and tax efficient pension plan, where you can choose to contribute a min 4% of your salary each month.
- Healthcare cover – as part of the pension plan, you will have support for medical and critical illness conditions. Our healthcare package includes access to online consultations with a doctor, psychologist or dietician, for you and your family whenever you need it, including medical second opinion
