Finance Business Partners sit at the centre of how Kantar performs and grows. In this role, you’ll work side‑by‑side with commercial and operational leaders, bringing financial insight directly into decision‑making. You’ll help shape forecasts that reflect real business conditions, challenge assumptions, and ensure finance is a valued voice at the table as we drive performance across revenue, margin and cash.

What you’ll be doing

• Acting as the key finance partner to local commercial, sales and operational teams

• Bringing business insight into forecasts, ensuring assumptions are realistic and aligned to expectations

• Providing challenge and support on business plans, projects and investments

• Supporting pricing, margin and customer discussions with clear financial input

• Identifying risks and opportunities, and helping shape actions to address them

• Translating complex financial information into clear, actionable messages for non‑finance audiences

You’ll also embrace technology‑enabled tools, including Copilot and BI solutions, to simplify processes and enhance financial insight.

The ideal skills & experience

• Strong experience in a Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance role

• Solid commercial acumen with a good understanding of how businesses operate

• Confidence working closely with senior stakeholders and non‑finance teams

• Ability to turn financial data into clear insight and practical recommendations

• A constructive, curious mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence

• Comfort using technology‑enabled tools, including BI solutions and Copilot
