We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and service-driven professional to join our HR Operations team in the UK. This role will focus on ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of HR lifecycle processes, supporting employees and managers, and contributing to continuous improvement across HR Operations.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, timely, and compliant HR service delivery, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver end-to-end HR Operations support, including onboarding, contract management, employee data changes, leavers, and other lifecycle activities.
Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and maintain compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and audit requirements.
Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing responsive and professional HR support.
Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, and Centres of Excellence to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
Support regional and global HR projects, including process improvements, system rollouts, and policy implementation.
Monitor and track service delivery metrics, highlighting risks or trends and proposing solutions.
Contribute to knowledge base development, process documentation, and training for HR Ops colleagues.
Experience Required:
Proven experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Service Delivery.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and lifecycle activities.
Proficient in HR systems (Workday / Service Now / Jira).
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with UK employment legislation and compliance requirements.
