Your job and career:

  • Build strong relationships with your clients, immersing yourself in their business and ensuring excellent communication
  • Execute customized research programs for a diverse range of companies
  • Develop and deliver on proposal pitching, project management, data analysis and synthesis, critical thinking, and storytelling.
  • Advance your qualitative skill set competency with a combination of best practice qualitative approaches and powerful technologies, (e.g., conversational AI, chatbots or immersive online communities)
  • Support the drive for best-in-class research and consultancy expertise
  • Working cross functions with other teams to deliver optimal solutions to clients’ business and marketing challenges

You are:

  • Passionate and curious which drives your interest to understand what moves the market
  • A people person, making you a great communicator and presenter
  • Managing deadlines and multi-tasking come naturally to you
  • Self-starter who can proactively manage research projects and client relationships with minimal support from senior team members

You have:

  • At least 2-3 years working experience in market research. Market research agency experience is a plus
  • Experience in delivering end-to-end qualitative projects, including project design, project management, moderation and reporting
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills to work with clients and cross teams
  • Love solving problems and finding creative, strategic solutions for businesses
  • You are invested in your own personal growth through enhancing your professional competence in qualitative research and providing support / training to juniors.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
