As a Client Manager, you will support clients in turning purchase and consumption behaviour into competitive advantages through continuous monitoring, advanced analytics and delivering tailored solutions. As global experts in shopper behaviour, we help brands, retailers and government organisations to make the right strategic decisions.

As the main account contact you will be at the focal point for managing all types of requests. This will present fantastic opportunities to sell, delivering ad hoc work and building rich relationships across a spectrum of teams.

This role will give you the opportunity to work with other parts of the Worldpanel business regularly. This includes visibility within the wider business and beyond (often working with Europanel – our global account leads) as well as the chance to build close relationships with senior collaborators within your portfolio, advising them on strategic priorities and becoming a trusted advisor.
 

Key outcomes

  • Account Development: Grow and advance how clients see our role in their businesses. Share the insights they need and the confidence that we are the right partner for their needs.
  • Innovation: Develop your consultancy skills; our data gives us a depth of understanding that is unique to our business and allows you to be able to support our clients with new strategies in their roles.
  • Revenue: You will own a growth target and work with your team to find, develop and close new leads through maintaining client relationships and finding out their key business questions.
  • Collaboration: Work in close conjunction with other units in our business and often with other Insight Agencies to really develop your understanding on a broader level.
     

Capabilities

  • Commercial & curious mentality with the ability to answer client’s big questions and unafraid to have a point of view
  • Keen to develop knowledge and be seen as an expert within the FMCG space, talking articulately about the industry and client challenges to connect with client needs
  • You have an interest in new technologies and in the power of consumer data and insights
  • A passion for understanding consumer behaviour
