The Business Analyst (BA) plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of end-to-end product solutions for our operations teams. By acting as the link between Product Owners, key stakeholders, and leaders, the BA will directly shape the future of our product developments. This role is all about streamlining processes, improving efficiencies, and ensuring that each product solution meets the specific needs of our diverse markets. Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Product Owners and global/regional stakeholders to align product developments with business needs and market requirements. Develop analysis and documentation, ensuring effective communication.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed research to build clear specifications and user stories that improve operational efficiencies. Continuously evaluate and communicate product requirements, providing regular status updates.
  • Support Product Sprints: Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of product sprints by providing detailed, accurate requirements.
  • Quality Control (QC) Support: Ensure QC teams have well-defined test cases with pass/fail criteria for effective product testing
  • Maintain Documentation: Keep user guides and operations manuals up to date with product changes.
  • Regional Collaboration: Establish relationships with regional leaders to capture requirements, support training, and assist with testing and implementation.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Nurture lasting partnerships to optimize systems integration and address concerns from managers and executives with well-researched recommendations.

Skills and qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in analytics and systems development, with a proven record of delivering actionable insights through strong analytical abilities.
  • Skilled in generating process documentation and reports, with high proficiency in technical writing.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating sophisticated data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, crucial for navigating a dynamic, global organization across multiple countries.
  • A team player with a solid understanding of agile and scrum methodologies, actively contributing to the team’s success and mitigating obstacles to achieve sprint and release goals.
  • Experienced in developing and launching software or services in collaboration with development teams, with a degree of proficiency in prototyping, development, and Agile principles.
  • Able to collect, interpret, and translate data effectively to support product and business decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a functional understanding of customer business processes.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
