Junior Product Operations Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Junior Product Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the ongoing development and support of our LIFT ROI product.

Responsibilities:

Gain a thorough understanding of our product, including all features and functionalities.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features and functionalities.
Handle customer support at a managerial level by reading support requests and reaching out to the appropriate team for solutions.
Ensure effective communication between customer support and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Assist in the development and implementation of processes to improve product operations and customer support efficiency.
Monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless product operations.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in product operations and customer support.


Qualifications:

A degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience or internships in product operations, customer support, or a related role.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Excellent English reading and speaking skills.
