Summary:
We are looking for an Account Director in Worldpanel Vietnam team to drive collaborative partnerships with our key clients. Someone who will relish the challenge of matching the client’s aspiration for outstanding work, be a growth partner with them, and approach the role with creativity and passion, to ultimately help Worldpanel Vietnam deliver against ambitious long-term growth targets. This is an exciting and stretching role that provides huge opportunity to take ownership for leading and crafting the direction of your clients providing a great mix between people and team leadership and ownership of the commercial performance of your team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Client Partnership
- Working with General Manager and Senior Leadership team to develop and implement account plan and leading client interaction. Monitor client satisfaction to ensure our service is continually developing to reflect improvements and changing client needs.
- Lead high profile and large projects making sure that key outcomes are achieved, appropriate resources are available, and that the client is always kept up to date.
- Take on a consultative approach in understanding clients’ overall objectives through dialogues with key client partners about their ongoing challenges.
- Maintain a network of contacts at the client side and extend that network with a particular focus on meeting decision makers.
Commercial Growth
- Prepare proposals in response to client’s challenges, follow up and close these proposals in order to achieve revenue targets. Revenue planning will be a core element in ensuring you meet and exceed the ambitious targets we are striving for.
Insights Generation
- Producing and presenting high quality insight. Delivering impactful presentations to senior audiences.
- Facilitating insights generation workshops that support clients in their decision-making process.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and coach line reports and other team members, share knowledge and encourage a sharing and learning environment. Help individuals in the team understand how they are each contributing to the achievement of the Worldpanel vision and strategy.
- Give feedback, both praising and identifying things which could be improved. Tackle performance issues in a professional and timely fashion.
Service Development
- Highlight and call out client concerns with any Worldpanel services to aid senior management with prioritizing investment and development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant (client/agency) experience.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English.
