Job Title: Radio Client Service Executive

Location: Istanbul, Turkey

Work pattern: Full time/Permanent/Hybrid working


This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Istanbul, Turkey office. We follow a hybrid work model, requiring at least two days per week in the office. As a global company, we require candidates to have business-level English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Professional Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in client service, media research, radio broadcasting, or advertising/media agencies.
  • Prior exposure to audience measurement, media analytics, or market research tools is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering insights in a professional, consultative manner.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Strong understanding of media research methodologies 
  • Ability to interpret and explain audience data, KPIs, and research outputs to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data visualization or analysis tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of radio and audio industry trends and advertising landscape.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and confidently.
  • Strong client-facing skills with a consultative and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Organizational & Personal Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

Education & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Media, Communications, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree in Media/Marketing Research or Data Analytics is an advantage.

Languages

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an asset, especially relevant to the local radio/media market.
