Role Description:    
Kantar Media are looking for a driven Panel Experience and Quality Manager to join our Screenwise team. This is a pivotal role in providing input into ongoing panel management of the Screenwise Panel, ensuring a healthy, balanced reporting panel.

Role Overview:
As the Screenwise Panel Experience and Quality Manager, you will collaborate closely with operational teams across Media and KWP, aligning efforts to prioritise initiatives that maximise panel effectiveness and value for clients. Your strategic oversight will focus on setting clear priorities for targeting and messaging, and you’ll rigorously evaluate the impact of these actions to ensure continuous improvement. Your insights will directly shape the panel’s performance and relevance, reflecting your commitment to excellence.

In this client-facing role, you will serve as the dedicated advocate for panel members, acting as their voice and champion in all interactions with clients. By ensuring their experiences are consistently considered and valued, you’ll strengthen the reliability and integrity of panel insights, fostering trust and loyalty.

The role will report into Head of Research and Quality for the Screenwise Panel.

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Regularly review and assess the performance of the Screenwise Panel to ensure it aligns with service requirements and meets client expectations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance panel health, engagement, and reliability.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including the Head of Operations, Panel Managers, and Senior Leaders, to align panel management strategies with organisational goals and client requirements. 
  • Foster strong partnerships to drive innovation and operational excellence.
  • Lead and contribute to special projects as needed, bringing flexibility, creativity, 
  • Partner with service and central teams to follow up on and resolve identified issues efficiently. Ensure seamless communication and proactive problem-solving
  • Understanding the function of Kantar Audience Measurement systems.
  • Partner with service and central teams to follow up on and resolve identified issues efficiently. 
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing of software upgrades and new products, reporting to the client
  • Assist with the documentation of key processes, ensuring they are maintained in line with ISO 9001 and Kantar standard.

Key Skills:

  • Proactively identify issues and confidently implement solutions, either independently or through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Engage directly with clients, demonstrating confidence and professionalism to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially Excel and Access (training can be provided)
  • Understanding of browsers and mobile operating systems and the Google software and router meters (training can be provided)
