About the Job
Join our Unified Marketing Measurement team as a Data Analyst and help clients uncover the true drivers of their marketing success. You’ll start by working with data sets and gradually progress into model building, supported by training and mentorship. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has a natural curiosity, and thrives in a collaborative, international environment. You’ll be part of a team that works across global markets, and you’ll contribute to projects that shape strategic decisions for international brands.
Job Goals
- Process and validate diverse client data sets (sales, marketing, pricing, promotions, macroeconomic factors).
- Build and refine marketing mix models using Kantar’s analytical platform.
- Identify and interpret patterns in data to explain sales performance.
- Collaborate with international teams and participate in client meetings.
- Apply logical reasoning and marketing knowledge to ensure model accuracy.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of modelling tools and processes.
- Complete onboarding and training phases, including platform and methodology immersion.
Ideal Skills and Capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel and experience working with business data.
- Ability to think abstractly and apply mathematical reasoning.
- Comfortable communicating in English with global teams and clients.
- Experience in reporting or automation is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new analytical tools and frameworks.
